Jean Louis Sarbib

Jean Louis Sarbib is Senior Fellow at Brookings and works with Wolfensohn and Company and previously served as senior vice president in the human development network at the World Bank, and represented the Bank on several global initiatives, such as GAVI (Global Alliance for Vaccines and Immunization), UNAIDS Committee of Co-sponsoring Organizations, and the Education for All Fast Track Initiatives. Sarbib was vice president of the World Bank for the MENA region from 2000 to 2003, and was previously vice president for the Africa region.
