Caroline Fawcett

Caroline Fawcett is advisor to the Middle East Youth Initiative and has over 20 years of experience in designing and managing labor market and workforce systems policies and programs worldwide. Her work includes both domestic and international projects, primarily in the areas of youth workforce training and vocational-education, targeted programs to gender and at-risk youth, and human resource development for the private sector. She has worked in 27 countries throughout the world, including Latin America, Asia, and Eastern Europe. She has extensive experience in Latin America. Many of these projects involved the design of pilot projects and needs assessments and the management of large and complex workforce training programs in various sectors, including textiles, tourism and electronics.
