9th International Conference of the Middle East Economic Association

The 9th International Conference of the Middle East Economic Association (MEEA) will be held at the Faculty of Management of Istanbul Technical University (ITU) in Istanbul, Turkey.

The conference will examine the constraints and challenges arising from the global economic crisis and implications for countries in the region and their economic and social priorities. Major themes to be addressed during the conference include: labor economics; investment and finance; macroeconomic management, growth & stabilization; trade & foreign direct investment; and governance, institutions & development.
